REFUND, CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on [email protected] or call us on +91 – 82962 04377, +91 – 73495 0440 (Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 6PM and Sunday, 9AM to 6PM)
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation after shipment:
We don’t offer refund in case good is already shipped. In case of any problem with product quality or its working, we will replace it with new one. Our replacement policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you replacement but we will give you repair service free for one year in case you facing any problem with the device.
Note: There is no warranty on Power Adapter.
